Funeral Policy
I am extremely dissatisfied with Capitec, and I understand that there are POPIA procedures that must be followed, but what happens if your own mother becomes ill and is unable to speak or do anything and hospitalized, and you, as a daughter, want to ensure that her insurance premiums are paid, or if not, you want to pay up the arrears? What must I do in this case? I am told that I must obtain a power of attorney and act as executor with what funds?

22 Jun 2024, 20:46I've tried everything, but I can't use her Capitec app or get her to the branch. What should I do in this situation? I am in a difficult situation since my mother is very ill and in the hospital, and I need to sort out her funeral policy. If that involves bringing a consultant to the hospital, I am willing to do so please help.
