Funeral policie

Capitec I would like to do a follow up regarding funeral policie . I was requested to submit a police report and I submitted it on the 19 of February 2025. I was told that the investigation will take 5days and I waited until today which is 26 February 2025and I called in today and the lady told me that she will escalate the matter to her manager but she did not get back to me. I'm still waiting even noe😠😠 please help me to get my money I want to pay for my debts
