Funeral polices
Since ive complained with my policies Insuarances ,until to this day. I've complained in November but the matter is still pending, every day agents takes my details and promised to come back but never #***4

25 Feb 2020, 10:36I've received a call from capitec employees, I'm not sure from which department because I had to explain the matter from the beginning, the bad news is that i had to pay for the one month arreas, which I was instructed by capitec consultants to skip the month because my policy was upfront with a month, not to forget that I had an email as a proof of the conversation, anyway he was not interested, he just say that i must pay my policies or they lapse.iam loosing trust in Capitec daily.
