Funeral Insurance with bad service

It's actually sad the number of bad reviews on here for the Capitec funeral insurance I wish I had read them before taking out this policy. I have had nothing but bad service from them since I instituted my funeral claim, they rejected the claim saying it's due to a waiting period but the death that I am claiming for is an unnatural death and the policy states that there is no waiting period for unnatural death. I have sent an email to their complaints email, no reply. On top of that I have to call in to get feedback, and am told that the matter is with Centriq life. Do not take out this funeral policy.
