Funeral insurance premium dispute
I took up a funeral insurance and they took one premium. I tried to dispute via online banking but it said already disputed I should call their call center, which I did. When I called them they say it's not I should go to the branch the branch consultant said he can't I must WhatsApp... I waited to Chat with the agent the entire day because the digital chat couldn't understand the query. Please I need my money back.
