Funeral insurance department is PITS
I paid my insurance (Funeral insurance) but the money was never allocated to the account and they told me the policy will lapse in 15 days The nerve from that agent to tell me I can re-instate it should it lapse
I mean why did I pay kanti it’ll lapse
