funeral cover not paid for three weeks now
my son is now deceased and burred for 3 weeks Capitec bank made his burial very unpleasing for me and my family, i still did not get my funeral cover payout till today. they send me from pillar to post regarding outstanding forms, a mother in grieve in pain in tears DISAPOINTED!! WHY DID I COVER MY FAMILY WITH THIS BANK ref***. I had to make loans for my son's funeral CAPITEC IS A ****A SHOP BANK THEY DONT DESERVE TO HAVE CLIENTELE!!!!! I am at a los for words my heart is torn apart
