Funeral cover claim

I put a claim on my funeral cover, I've been sent from pillar to post by Capitec bank. I went to two branches to sort out the claim but the following day I get SMS to say the claim will never be paid because of missing documents. I'm not sure whether the staff is *********** or they're simply running a ****.
