Funeral claim not paid, 7 days later

My sister took out a funeral cover with capitec and my sister Qondile Makhubu is a beneficiary. A claim was logged with them (***4) on the 17 June 2025 and we were told it will take 24 to 48 hours to be paid. Today it's 7 days later and Im still told stories about the payout, it's really frustrating as I made debts for the funeral to proceed and to date payment is still not done. What's the point of taking out the funeral cover when it can't cover you in time of needs? This is the worse service ever, people must not take out funeral covers with Capitec ever, you will not be paid. The next thing they will hang up on you when following up about the payment
