FUNERAL CLAIM
We have to bury my brother tomorrow the 21st Fe anf Capitec is regusing to pay the claim Funeral policy doesn't want to pay the claim bcs thry are sayinh they are doing the investigation' h as he was inbolved in the accident they send us an sms and say they will reply us on the 26. We want the funeral amount to be be paid today so we can bury him tomorrow then with acvident amount we dont care they can do their own investigation and pay when ever Pls help. The funeral is tomorrow and we don't know what do his policy is up today but they don't care. The claim was submitted Monday 17 ,2025 and it was suppose to be paid within 24 hours. I need help

20 Feb 2025, 09:22We as the family unfortunately do not have 'the next business day' The funeral for my brother who is the MAIN member on HIS policy that HE has been paying for monthly with Capitec is being buried tomorrow. We want Capitec to pay out the amount He covered HIMSELF for and the accident amount then paid out when Capitec is done with their investigation. We expect cooperation from Capitec but there is a lack of that and zero empathy for what we are going through as a family.

We want Capitec to pay out the amount He covered HIMSELF for and the accident amount then paid out when Capitec is done with their investigation. We expect cooperation from Capitec but there is a lack of that and zero empathy for what we are going through as a family.
