FUNERAL CLAIM

I would rate this bank as a 0, do not join their funeral policy as it is a nightmare to get any comunication or real assistance from them. I have been struggling for 5 month with them to receive the payout, with me every time doing the following up, every time I am being rold rhe case is closed, in a time where you are emotionally draind tyou still need to deal with their incompetence, I am feeling to do like the other people did and go and place the body in one of theire branches so that they can see the person is dead. How much must a person go through to get any assistance with this company. Very disgraceful
