I refer to your previous correspondence and wish to formally raise my concern regarding the continued withholding of funds amounting to R380. Despite multiple visits to your branch, I have yet to receive any substantive feedback or access to the said funds.

It remains unclear on what basis this transaction has been classified as *****ulent, especially given my full knowledge of its origin and legitimacy. This prolonged delay — now extending over five months — is entirely unacceptable and has caused undue inconvenience.

I hereby request that this matter be resolved without further delay and that the funds be released with immediate effect.
