Funds were deducted from my entrepreneur account and they appear as ATM withdrawal correction of which I don't understand and when I call they keep transferring me to different people and each and every person says it not the right department

Funds were deducted from my entrepreneur account and they appear as ATM withdrawal correction of which I don't understand and when I call they keep transferring me to different people and each and every person says it not the right department. Even went to branch and we made a call, they also did the same to him. I can't find my money back
