Funds on hold

Capitec has frozen my funds since December of 2023 the day was the 20th to be exact on my main account number *** yet all my savings accounts haven’t been frozen without letting me know the reason being every time I go to the branch they fail to provide a good reason being why it came to them freezing my account because my main account I use it to feed and provide for my family I’m a self employed student at tertiary level studying at Tshwane University TUT main camp and I don’t get any NSFAS funding so I rely on forex trading and crypto currency as well as bitcoin and binance trading both my parents don’t work and I have a son that is 5 months now which I need to provide for he’s sick and now it’s been close to 7 months that I’ve been complaining and I haven’t been getting any help

I recently went to the branch and they told me that the funds will be unholded but even till this day my account is still not working and Ive been using this account to pay bills and monthly neccesities I live in Pretoria central and have to pay annually rent this year I had to find a job as a bartender to atleast feed my family but now I’m worried because the money I’m receiving as a bartender cannot allow me to pay off my school fees as well as my residency and my child’s basic needs such as pampers and milk
