Funds on hold

Capitec has frozen my funds under account number *** and *** without letting me know the cause , and those funds I wanted to use them

I went to the bank and they told me that the funds will be unhold, even now I can’t use my funds and I use them to support my family and I want to pay my rent and school fees..I’m worried because I don’t have any money at the money moment and I’m sick I want to see doctor and buy medication
