Funds on hold

Im Monica ,Capitec Bank put my funds on hold not giving me reason why they are not releasing ,i have sent document from sars document wm declaring funds to be released tbey are not helping the make be on hold fot 15 minutes to telI me they follow up for now theres nothing I can do I must wait for response I did not pay my house and car due to capitec poor service this has really affected emotionally and financially my accounts are on arrears Capitec Bank has failed me and family I had this account for over 20 years and I am receiving poor service it as good as if i should close the account.Even the capitec agents told they do not know how to help me I must wait for response as it is escalated it is now 3days no valid reason for my money to returned my kids dont even have food.
