Funds not released

Im very disappointed with the level of service i received from Capitec Client service. I had my account on hold. I submitted all required proof of funds i received,I spent wholeday at Eastrand Mall branch. I was not assisted beside being given a wait. Im an old client and such behavior is very discouraging. I was attending my Dad who is not well and had to cancel my trip. This is very unfair.
