Funds not being returned to offs**** bank
I have been trying to get funds returned to an offs**** bank. I get told it will be returned by a certain date, but each time when the deadline is reached and no funds have been released, I make enquiries and given another date.
It was supposed to take 3 to 7 working days, which has long passed.
