Funds

I am highly disappointed by Capitec Bank. Last month a huge payment of 4.3 Million was made from Absa account into Capitec account. I was then advised that verification process will take place and I should allow the process to be completed which I fully adhered to all rules and I was patient but now i have been sent from pillar to post. I called them on so many occasions from last week and was told the matter has been attended to and my funds will get cleared and will reflect into my account. Now I am confused as to why the money hasn't reflected yet in my account as I need my money to cater for my day to day responsibilities and a family to take care of.i even showed them all the evidence and all that needed to prove that my funds are legit as they are my late parents funds. Now I am stuck in the middle as I desperately have bills to pay for. I spoke to so many consultant including the forensic department and furnish them with all the required documents to prove the source of my funds. So now yesterday I called them again and was told that the funds will reflect either yesterday midnight or latest today afternoon but there is still nothing. I am only asking for Capitec to release my money or atleast give me an honest answer that state and stipulates the hereon date which I will receive my money. I like Capitec so much as their services are so convenient but now I'm so worried because I desperately need my money.
