Frustrating

I ahve been trying to change my debit order date for my capitec loans with no success. When i app**** for the loans back in December I told the banker I get paid on the last Friday of the month. Now in December I got paid a week earlier than normal (holiday and all that). Now this date was now taken for my debit order date. I specificly asked for the last Friday of the month. No I have a situation where my debit orders already went of this month on the 20th. I only get paid on the 27th this month (the last friday of the onth). Trying to get this changed is like making ***s fly. I am kept on being referred to the date on my last payslip...which was ONCE of. I even emailed a letter from my finance department with my payment dates to your call centre, who still argued that the dates they have is my official pay dates. Please change my debit order dates to the last friday of the month (or last day of the month if your systems can t do it). This is causing so much inconvenience now to me. You alreay have the official letter from my employer....you can even contact them if you want, so I dont understand the resistance??????? I give it one more week for the change to take effect before I close my bank account. Enough is enough.
