Frustrated with Capitec Bank

Warning to all, do not invest your money in Capitec Bank Nor use their app, because since I deposited a big amount of money a month or two ago, they want to stop my app usage although I already went to a Capitec in Menlyn to make my app work again. Now this one guy keeps phoning me and saying that my App is going to stop and that I must put more money in and come in for my app to work. My App is Working, there goes monthly money of R500 in my bank. It is best not to invest in Capitec or open a account with them
