Frustrated

July 2024 I went to vryberg for the weekend and on my way I wanted to use my capitec card but couldn't find it I then thought let me send myself a cash but still couldn't do that on my return I started receiving calls from standard bank stating that I took a term loan and I owe them I then went to capitec to find out what was happening they told me they blocked my card because I was transferring a huge amount to another capitec account which I didn't know, when I arrived home I tried looking for my card and Id I realized then that I lost it somewhere before or after the 19th of July I then went to police station to do an affidavit and took it to capitec that was 3months ago until today no feedback from them but my account is still blocked and that loan amount is still there now standard bank is saying they can't help me cause I took that money and I have to pay it...I'm unemployed where will I get the money from? When I contact capitec they send me from one person to the other now am stuck and standard bank has handed me over to debt what what any advice would be appreciated cause am now depressed
