Frustrated

Good Day everyone I am sharing this here because I have no other choice. My sister and her family were held at gun point in her home the day after she withdrew a large amount from her Sanlam investment into her Capitec account. They took their phones and made money transfers to their cellphones. They kept their phones so they could continue to do these transfers. My sister then bought a new Sim card and changed her contact details at her Capitec Branch in Kriel, the next thing she was receiving threats from those ****s through the new cell number. This sounds like an inside job, how else would they have her new number! The police have done nothing about this and my fear is they now know she changed her contact details and where she lives. These people had information about their accounts before they took their phones, they came knowing that there were large amounts in their accounts.
