FRUSTRATED BY CAPITECS AGENTS REFUSING TO SHARE STATEMENTS OR REPLY TO COMMUNICATION

I have an account with capitec bank of which was handed over to Brooks and Luyt and i have been repaying the debt for years but i never receive any statements. I dont know don't know how much i have already paid them since 2020. They ignore my requests, my emails are never responded. Am now starting to think they dont pay Capitec or what is the reason for them refusing to share the statements. Its almost 10 years i have been paying, i dont work but try everything to ensure i pay from whatever support i get from my son. Why does Capitec hand over people to such companies who are only good at pushing for payments but not providing the statements for the payer to see.
