Frustrated and Scared

It is highly concerning that my bank Capitec approved a loan on my profile,when I did not apply for it, I visited the branch on the 11th of September to state the case of a loan that was taken off my profile on the 9th , that I did not request.This was truly a *****ulent act, my case number is ***. I did not approve via a selfie, a third party hacked my phone, can this be resolved with urgency, As I am now suffering sleepless nights. I am not sure how safe any of my funds are on this bank now.
