Frustrated

On Monday 09th September 2024, I made a payment for a takealot order, via payfast from the takealot app, however takealot say they didn't receive my payment even after sending them all the bank statement, they asked me to contact payfast, I contacted payfast they requested bank statement just like takealot, I sent it and highlighted the amount R1476 for 09th September, they couldn't locate it,on the 12th September I contacted my back again as they can see where my money went ..also requested the proper proof of payment that will state exactly where my money went to..till today when I follow up no one is giving me the proper response, how can we trust u with out money if u can even track or trace it
