Frustrated

I am a Capitec client. I need R200 in R10s and R300 in R20s before Friday afternoon. I go to my branch at Cavendish Mall Kempton Park, only to be told by the branch manager that NO Capitec branch carries cash on the premises and i need to go to another bank. Alternatively i can open a business account through Mercantile bank (Which is in Boksburg) in order to get the R10s and R20s that i need. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!!! I go to Nedbank, and i am told that if i am not a Nedbank client they cannot assist me, i need to go to my banking institution. FNB and Absa tell me the same thing.

So now you tell me HOW AM I GOING TO GET WHAT I NEED FROM CAPITEC IF THEY DO NOT CARRY CASH ON THEIR PREMISES???
