Fruadulant transactions

Capitec allows all sorts of Google Play nonsense to go off of one's accounts without it being authorized by me as the account holder!!! It doesn't help to report it as they throw their hands in the air and just say but I had to have done it. If you want an investigation you have to pay them and then it will take ages and have inconclusive results.
