frozen of account

i zodwa mngadi was banking @capitec account number is*** since 2008 i never have any problem until this year june when capitec decided tonshut down my account without informing me as the potential client whatever the reason might be they shuld discuss the matter with me i only recieved a coll from capitec on the 15/06/15 telling me that somene deposited 250rd on my account by mistake they want to reverse the money from my account and i agree so my account was running smooth until the 25 when they decided to closed no phone coll ,no sms,nothing when i went to the bank they told me r bizy with investigation forensic will contact me i waited up until know nobody contacted me my 10000 is stuck wioth them aim self employed doing a small bussness pleas help
