Frozen Bank accounts

Capitec is one of the most useless banks there ever can be they don't give a damn about they're clients. Both my private and Business accounts is blocked for longer than 4 weeks now. I mailed already 6 times to their ***** department and sent the police affidavit also as they asked. I attached everything on my mail also invoices of the client that stopped my accounts and they still owe us more that R200k how can my accounts be blocked if the client is in the wrong. Capitec Vryburg is just a useless and that is even a new branch. This was done *****ulent by the client and Capitec just not coming to the party they cant even give me a case number or any help. They also blocked the innocent people's account I paid. What about our children that is suffering because a bank that just don't give a damn about clients. I want my money back and accounts open I want to take my money to a bank that can look after they're clients and not the *******. Very very very very **** service from Capitec in your life never ever open a Capitec they are ****.
