Frozen account with invalid reasons

Capitec hasn't phoned yet even after sending them email with affidavit and other supporting documents. They are dragging their feet on my matter but they are too quick to stop my account n take my money .why are they treating us like ********s ? We are still on apartheid era??

Now I'm being ignored? Up to so far no feed back no call nothing...yet you ****** me my money .. capitec is this how you are treating your customers? Do you even think about the frustrations you putting on your clients? I've sent emails with proof still u decide to go mute on me . Bring back my money please

Capitec doesn't deserve to be the major bank ,,,guys be careful of Capitec don't rely on it .they will give you stories.now they are telling me to provide certificate for trading..what madness is that? Capitec give me back my money n keep your account..u didn't warn me about your useless excuse of trading. Yet your bank is available on trading platform to link it .so now that u r full of my money you give me stories..people should be careful this Capitec bank isn't reliable they have tricks. You can't crucify me for your ignorance. Give me back my money you can keep your account for all that Matters

To show that they are not serious of their excuses, they say I should send affidavit but I've already done that 3 times ..they don't take us serious they are ******* using lameless excuses to back up their deceiving ways .now they are inconvenience me because all my funds are in their bank .what do they think I survive with? Capitec should give me my funds then I will leave them alone

I've been banking with you for over a decade now ,you should have told me terms and conditions on how to use your bank from the beginning when i open the account..your story doesn't add up .people should be aware of you because they will wake up with their millions gone in their accounts because of you.. you said I should send affidavit I did just that now what's the excuses??? Open my account or just give me my money I didn't ***** it for God's sake I need that money for my new born .it is my money after all
