Frozen Acc? Same details???
<p>Went to Capitec earlier today in which I gave them a page with the same details, aa letter Dd signed I stay there with ID with the police stamp. Had to hear they cant help cause the account is soft frozen and I cant even draw money in which I showed them I can. Yea I did fight and was so so so upset. This not on. Last 2 or 3 tomes Capitec atms didnt have money not even at the teller. And yeah rather go to Nedbank cause my hubby never sit with this problems! Oh ya... and they couldnt give me a statement but after I showed them I can draw money I fot a statement???</p>

Trust you are well. Donorique Wessels was great help & his assistance was appreciated. After our conversation Monday or Tuesday I only got tome to go see Capitec & reason for that were as I had a conversation with Donorique Wessels, I have asked if I would be able to get an overdraft etc. He gave me awesome advice etc.
So today Ive gone there. As I walked in I was reconised and nope I dont have any prob with that I app**** just to here MY PAYLSIP IS NOT LEGAL? ARE THEY ****** NOW DUE TO PREVIOUS INCIDENT? WHAT IS GOING ON. THEY DO NOT NOW THE LAW? I HAVE PHONED MY DIRECTOR & TOLD HER AS SHE HAS HER OWN BUSINESS AND SHE IS GOING TO SPEAK TO HER ATTORNEY TODAY. ALSO WE GONNA GO TO THE PAPERS AS IT WAS FOGHTIBG ETC ALL OVER. REALLY? RACCISM & SO SPITEFULL. This really affected my whole day and I walked out of there feeling like an animal. All the faith I used to have in 7 maybe 9 days gone. And in the future if there where any incident etc DONT EVER HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT ME WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES & CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT ON.
