Froud

Hi I'm Siboniso Mnyandu I will like to be assisted with the Froud that I'm facing with capitec. I took a loan from this bank in 2017 for R80 000 I paid my installment till 2019 and at that time my outstanding balance was R24000 for 8 months to pay, I was then ****med my same credit campany that put me on credit review then my life went down it been 2 years trying to pay capitec but push me away telling me that they is no assistance that can be offered to me. I tried NCR but still no response from them up antil 14 months ago and at that time my outstanding balance was R77 000. MBD instructed my capitec started to collect R1000 every month today I called this campany to check how much I'm owing and it was R80 000 and more and I was told that my account was owing R94000 but I don't know how I'm paying this much this bank is not fare to me at all I have tried to make arrangements for several time but now they do this to me it been almost 3 years now fighting this please please someone help me. I don't understand really from R24 000 to R94 000 how dose this work capitec Bank must be shut down completely or more people will have to suffer
