Friendly and efficient

I went into the back today to reverse some unauthorized debit orders that had affected money I was due to deposit to somebody today. I had woken up to the heart-breaking smses and called the call center in a panic at 6am, I was told all will be sorted at the branch or using the internet. I could not access my online banking credentials so I went to the isipingo branch first thing in the morning. I was assisted by Melusi. He first showed me how to download the app then he allowed me to transact from my phone. I reversed the debits and made the deposit all at one go. I was very impressed. He was very friendly and efficient. I honestly love the capitec app it has made life so so easy. Your employee was also amazing. I truly am grateful for everything. Looks like Capitec will be taking over the major banks very very soon.
