Freud Case at Forensic at Capitec

Good day I have an account at capitec. So this what happened on the 2nd of August 2022 i was buying a house from a person which said she was an agent and was with the owners of the house. This wasu first time buying a house to me the transaction seemed legit because the title deed was there. I paid them R155 000 through my Capitec flexi account. After a few day after this transaction on the 5th i noticed that these people actually ****med me because on our meeting we agreed that we would meet the following day and they would give me the keys to the house. The following day they were nowhere to be found and when i went to the house people living there said the house wasn't sold. So i called Capitec they said i must go to the police station to open a case and email the case number and an Affidavit on order for them to close that account because the owner of the account was a Capitec client. I did all the above and even tryed to reach to Capitec with no luck on what happened to the money no body called me back to explain what happened to the money nor that account.
