********** transactions on my CAPITEC account

Capitec is a useless bank and fails their customers. So a company called NUPAY has been debiting my account on behalf of a company I don't even know. When I ask Capitec to reverse my money they tell me I need to speak to NUPAY when I speak to NUPAY they say Capitec must be able to reverse the money. I have been to Capitec Branch Southgate this morning and now they are telling me that the Company NUPAY is debiting for needs to give me a letter so that Capitec can reverse the money.
