********** transactions

I recently went to Capitec bank at Bree street branch and I can loudly say they have the worst customer service ever ! The consultant didn't even have the patience to help with the incident I had regarding 3 unknown transactions of money coming out of my account , she didn't even want to listen even after I had printed out my statement and highlighting all the unknown transactions .

Capitec is the worst bank to use and it's employees are just as... One of the banks I wouldn't recommend anyone to use !
