********** transaction on my account

Lodged a ********** transaction on my account on the 23rd of April and still there isn't feedback on my side and i was told that the transaction takes 7 days to be banked and then now im told stuff as in i might as well open a ********** case and take it to the claims court, really? I was never told that when i reported the transaction.

Sorry what? 5 working days? You guys are just ridiculous. You've got no sense in client care, after this matter im throwing away my account with you guys. Absa will welcome me with open arms!
