********** loan term agreements.

Am not really happy about capitec loans agreements for i went to the branch they told me i have to pay for 10 years while when i signed they told me its five years am just a confused client who pays extra premiums for nothing .Honestly i just feel ****** by capitec and no one seems to care about my crisis for bank tellers they don't give an eloquent explanation about my loans what made them to extend my terms while i didn't do any amendments. If there is any ********** happening i kindly like capitec to resolve this issue because i have paid so much now for my loans for am confused really for me this is trauma. Am Jabulane vilakazi.
