********** debit SS-LEGCOV debit order

A debit order of an amount of R195 has been deducted on my Capitec bank account on 27th of January wit ref SS-LEGCOV, I don't know anything about this Company, then I tried to reverse the debit order but it keep saying it can't be reversed or stopped, Then I phone Capitec bank then they told me that, they can't do anything with this company deduction, I must phone the company even though I don't know about this Company and I don't how did they even got into my account. So I want to know why it so impossible for capitec to stop this Debit order? isn't Capitec who is responsible for protecting my account?. I want Capitec to block this debit order!!!!!
