********** debit order mandate

There's a company that sent a ********** debit order mandate to my capitec account that I never even signed and now money is being deducted from my account and capitec cannot reverse it. This is very frustrating and makes me believe capitec is working with ********** to de***** our accounts. My money is not safe. This is the second time they debit my account, the first debit I was able to reverse why can't I do it now?
