Customer Care Agent ********** activity . On the 26/04 spoke to agent Lerato Mathosa at about 8pm I advised her the person I sent one cash voucher could not redeemed it she advised me to tell the person to try a checkers . Which I did on the 27/04 , however the person called me on the 27/04 to advise me the voucher has been redeemed. I immediately called back into the customer care spoke to agent Zodwa Msimango who told me both vouchers have been redeemed NO ONE knew about the second voucher but me and the first agent in less then 24 hours she made that both vouchers have been redeemed in SOWETO .
