********** case no help

Capitec bank is only good when things are going good, when u are in trouble, they are unable to assist. I made a payment of 100k to a Nedbank account that I later found out that it is **********. Rushed to the bank to get assistance, they told me there is nothing they can do because I made an immediate payment. Called Nedbank and I was helped generously, they managed to freeze the account and requested I sent supporting documents. After sending the documents they sent the money back to capitec. Tried calling capitec but I only get to consultants and they say I must send an email to forensic for communication. I sent forensic also the supporting documents and all they tell me is that they sent the documents to Nedbank. I'm not getting joy from this bank at all
