i have had a loan with Capitec bank for the past 9 years, last year i told them that i am under debt review by which they stated they do not deal with those companies so i '2 years ago made an arrangement with them pertaining finishing my loan account. the agreement was that no interest would be charged so that meant by now my loan account would've been finished. i went to Capitec on Saturday 28 May 2022 to check on the status of my account and to change the payment date. i was totally shocked as the amount that reflected was still the exact amount that i started with so for the past 2 years i've paid what????? almost R50000 so when will this ever stop.
