I have email ***, Thu, Sep 2, 7:41 PM, Reporting two accounts used to de***** unsuspecting clients using Capitec Accounts, I was advised that the Forensics department will investigate and revert , however according to Olona Sotondoshe, Forensic Administrator,Forensic Services," Account numbers are long standing, we will need a court order to stop account. we will monitor accounts" My question is if these are long standing accounts that have been used to de***** the public how is Capitec combating these crimes using these account numbers, I have submitted all the relevant information to date no concrete resolution in retrieve funds deposited into these accounts. I would appreciate urgent assistance from Forensics (Risk Management) at Capitec.
