<p>Good evening<br />Please could u kindly assist urgently I have taken a loan in May 2014 and have been paying my debits order ever since after checking with consultant at capitec ballito to see how far my loan payments are ive noticed that there is still a large amount to Settle after inquiries with palesa from accounts ref no ********** 1 she advised that a debit order did not run off on March 2015 not due to insufficient funds but due to technical failure on capitec side as there was more than sufficient funds available <br />After I've made the enquiry I was told that the balance of 1600 would not go off in July as it was not my fault and that capitec will settle that amount today I've noticed and amount of nearly 1600 going off which I do not accept as this is ***** and very unprofessional as you advised that I my account is settled I am really upset with capitec as they employ useless people and make it seem that I am a bad payer I have enquired with the bank and they say they have to request the original contract from the capitec cresta branch in jhb this is unacceptable as if u check my debits order they ran successfully for 24 months charging me and extra 1600 is totally unacceptable I have contacted my lawyers and they are ready to file a lawsuit as I have original documents and back statements I am am so disgusted with the service from capitec and wish to move to a more professional bank who do not rob their clients please contact me urgently as I am going to the media</p> <p> </p>
