I was ****med in december by a person posing as a property agent, I sent money for a place I was meant to move into and they went quiet, the person has a capitec account.<br> I transfered funds into this account and a short while later the guy went quiet, i reported the transaction to both my bank and the bank to which the funds were transferred(capitec). My bank did a recall and capitec launched an investigation. My banks recal was declined, capitec stated they had no access to the funds due to a frozen account but they havent gotten back to me on their side about this so called investigation, Iv been into two diffrent branches to query and forensics never answer their fones, Iv called them myself and still no answer no matter which province you call...<br> Its been two months now and nothing.<br> Id like a reversal on my money or some feedback on the investigation on the least...<br> How can they have such a **** ***** department, REALLy??!!!!!
