Me & My wife today before 7pm - We just got paid by Meridian which we both don't know - next thing Correction payment reversal - next thing everything is zero - app dead - online locked - simply cannot do anything at all.
How can someone have access to my account without my knowledge - no call nothing to enlighten the client that an error has been made.

13 Nov 2020, 10:38Just got a text now from Capitec apologising for yesterday's transactions.
Its sad because we the clients get charged for reversals and if Meridian can access our accounts without our permission - that is ***** and we not safe - the permission given for them to reverse at midnight - that took a cup, as myself as their client ill have to visit the branch the following day.
I also lost my money 4 years ago and was told nothing can be done in Midrand.
This time I'm leaving their services if they cannot protect us their clients.
Capitec the law doesn't allow anyone without my consent to just play as you need in my account. No one gave you or Meridians access - im still shocked on how can one access all of my accounts without my knowledge.
