I had a enquiry of ***** happened in feb. I called you and told me you managed to close the account and freeze other banks that the person have. .they sad you managed to hold 139000 and other banks freeze other amount other bank.So i must submit case no and affidavit i did. I must wait 7 to 14 days for investigation. The forensics department did not bother calling me or send an email regarding my problem. I went to the branch again because its was the 10 day no answer.. Today i went to the branch they told me that they cant help because these people managed to withdraw the money.. How is it possible?.. I will involve the lawyer now on these incident. I didnt get helped by Capitec.
