Capitec Merchants are **********, why is this allowed!!!? So they get the opportunity to debit my account and when they dont deliver Capitec wont allow for me to reverse my money, I want to know why

09 Mar 2023, 10:28Well who ever you sent was of no use, so what you guys are saying to me is that my money is gone and theres nothing my so called bank can do because they do work with **********, why would you even trade with such people, people i want a solution, what nonsense is this, after ive paid my month fees and after loosing money with capitec thats all you can say ' sorry we cant help, because I approved the mandate, so in not so many words, strangers are allowed to get away with ***** and they were helped by my bank??? as is i had requested the agent who called to get me contactable details no ones come back to me, i want the details of this merchant so I can get hold of them because even the number capitec has doesnt go through......i want a f**** solution...not more problem !!!!!!!image.png 94.25 KB
